Study One: Conversion of JPEGs and PICTs to GIF format

This study was made to try to see if the difference between GIFS made from JPEG compressed images and PICT files, at either 72 or 150 ppi. For Study One, I chose a small color picture (original size: 3 inches by 2 inches).
